Thomas C. Pritchard

Having been raised in a family owned business environment, Tom is familiar with the nuisances of being a family member and running a successful business. This experience has served him well during his career giving him an appreciation for the importance of creating a customer experience that distinguishes a business from its competition. The ability to create a leadership team and to establish business strategies to achieve the company’s vision is a skill Tom brings to his clients. Throughout his career he has been in positions that were either a start-up or a turn-around situation with the end result of achieving the objectives.

Tom has over 40 years of experience from working in a family business; partnerships; entrepreneurial start-ups; as well as corporate start-ups, downsizings and turn-arounds. He has held positions in sales, compensation development as well as management positions in sales, marketing, distribution, human resources, divisional including Europe and Australia.

His current affiliations include: Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business; President, Stonebriar Business Advisors, The Gunn Group, LLC – The Family Business Advisors, Frisco Chamber of Commerce, Frisco Business Association, Christ United Methodist Church Trustees, and numerous networking groups. He is a graduate of Purdue University and a former varsity basketball team player.
